• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information in your resumes and profile
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review all suggestions and generated text carefully before submitting resumes to potential employers.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Zektav provides tools to help you create better resumes and improve your job application materials. However, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Job offers or interviews
• Employment outcomes
• Resume effectiveness for any particular position
• Accuracy of job match scores

6. Payment Terms

Free Tier: Basic features with limited AI usage.

Paid Subscriptions: Monthly billing. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days notice.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are provided. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create fake or fraudulent resumes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload, including resumes, cover letters, and personal information.

Our Service: Zektav, its logo, features, and functionality are owned by Zektav and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEKTAV OR EKLABRE CORP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
